Intro to Crystals & Guided Meditation

Start your Sunday morning off right!! Join us for a 90-minute class about crystals, the theory about how they interact with your body, and how to properly utilize them taught by Chelsey. We will then end the class with a relaxing guided meditation, led by Reiki Master Instructor Macy. Yoga Mats & Chairs will be provided, and you will receive 1 Raw or Tumbled Stone (included in the price of the class).
