When we started on this spiritual journey, crystals, and gemstones quickly became a large part of it. The idea was that crystals interact with the body's energy field, creating balance and alignment. People also use crystals for stress and focus, while others believe that crystals can heal physical ailments and illnesses...and gosh did we figure out quickly that these claims could be true! That's what created "The Hidden Gem." We want to help and guide others in their spiritual and physical journey, whatever it may be.
